Responsibilities and Duties :

1.    An astute & result oriented professional with minimum 2-3 Years of exhaustive field experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Product Promotion in RMC ( Ready Mix Concrete).

2. Attained proficiency in expanding the business operations and sales & marketing activities in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC Industry)

3. Proven skills in driving revenue growth and proactively conducting opportunity analysis by keeping abreast of market trends/competitor moves to achieve market-share metrics.

4. Skills in developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for revenue.

5. Flexible attitude to cope up with the changing situations and emerging with enhanced performance.

6. Excellent interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills.

7. Responsible for coordinating with the existing customers of the company.

Desired Criteria : 

Age limit:  30 Years 

Experience: 2-3years in Sales & Marketing, Product Promotion in RMC ( Ready Mix Concrete).

Education : Diploma/B.Tech –Civil/Any Graduate

We are looking for immediate joiner. 

Package Range : Rs.22,000 to 27,000 Per Month.
